WEALTH CREATION SEMINAR FOR MOTHERS BEGINS TODAY IN LAGOS

LAGOS: PRESS RELEASE:  A seminar designed to help mothers create wealth while at the same time keeping the home will be holding today.

The Moms Start Business seminar, with the theme: Thriving in Recession  is for mothers who are tired of working reactively in business and want to become their own boss.

It will offer strategy that will help mum to translate their ideas to wealth, learn how to thrive both personally and professionally.

Hosted by the founder of Working Moms Africa, an endeavor to help Nigerian women with their Work-life-balance, Mrs. Mary Ikoku is also intended to help Mothers gain access to all of the tools they need, from low-risk financing options to business mentors and who’ll help them embrace their value and get the results they want and deserve.

According to Ikoku, the seminar is an answer to the greatest need a woman with children has today-to create wealth while having the flexibility and freedom adding that there’s a difference between a woman who is self-employed and one who makes her time, money and resources work for her.

She said, “This seminar will give each woman the opportunity to own her purpose -and to create solid income and peace of mind, while still getting to be the lovable, nurturing woman she is”, noting that more women want to work but are concerned with the amount of time they need to be away from their children in order to create a solid income.

Ikoku urged mothers in a service oriented or a product based business, who want to clinch their true value and grow their profit (without giving too much of their time) to take advantage of the opportunities the Moms Start Business Seminar will create for them.

She disclosed that the one day event will create a network of women in business who are also doing “the juggle,” and who understand what’s important to them saying that it is a no-holds barred networking session, with experienced speakers who will share their stories, wisdom, encouragement, tools and techniques for creating the business success deserving of a mother on her own terms.

Ikoku who is also the publisher of Working Mom Magazine said the in the afternoon session of the seminar, mothers will have opportunity to choose between connect to successful mentors at small round table discussions, grab some new or old business friends and exchange ideas.

She said that after lunch, participants will be taken through skill building session focused on increasing their understanding of sales, social media and marketing.
